Job summary

Blackstone eIT is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of software development projects in Dubai. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with business and technical requirements.

Responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, defining scope and budgets, driving Agile/Scrum practices, and maintaining governance with KPI tracking and documentation.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience managing software development projects.
• Proven experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with web/mobile apps, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering or related field; PMP/CSM is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of software development projects.
• Define scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Manage cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, UI/UX, DevOps).
• Drive Agile/Scrum practices including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives.
• Manage stakeholder communications, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Ensure quality, documentation, and adherence to best practices.
• Track KPIs, status reporting, and governance.
