Job summary

Blackstone eIT seeks an experienced Senior Business Analyst in Dubai to bridge government stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring regulatory alignment and driving digital transformation across public sector initiatives.

You will lead workshops, document BRDs/FRS, manage sign-offs, and translate requirements into User Stories for Agile delivery. A 5–7 year track record in government-oriented BA roles is required; Arabic fluency is mandatory with strong English skills.

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a technical/operational project analysis role.
Experience in government entities, regulatory bodies, or public sector institutions (Dubai government preferred).
Arabic speaker only / fluent (mandatory for interacting with government stakeholders) and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead stakeholder workshops and interviews to elicit and document BRD and FRS.
Ensure deliverables align with Dubai/UAE regulatory standards and policies.
Analyze As-Is workflows and design To-Be processes for improved performance.
Act as liaison between government clients, technical teams, and project managers.
Translate requirements into User Stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items for Agile teams.
Plan and participate in UAT to validate compliance and business needs.
