Job summary

Scope Investment is seeking a Senior IT Service Delivery Specialist to own ITSM platform governance and service delivery across the group. You will drive ITIL-aligned processes, dashboards and cost controls while coordinating with multiple business units.

The role requires 8–12 years in IT service management, hands-on ITSM tooling, and a strong vendor-management mindset to ensure timely, compliant, and efficient service delivery across diverse sectors. Dubai-based, on-site position.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of progressive experience in IT service delivery or IT service management.
• Hands-on with an enterprise ITSM platform (ServiceNow/ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus/Freshservice)
• Strong ITIL knowledge; ITIL Foundation cert required
• Experience in asset lifecycle management, software license management and vendor/contract management
• Ability to design workflows, dashboards and KPI reports

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end IT services aligned with business needs and SLAs.
• Lead ITSM platform governance, upgrades and automation.
• Oversee ITIL process governance: incident, change, problem, etc.
• Define and monitor KPIs, dashboards and cost metrics.
• Manage IT asset lifecycle and software licenses.
• Coordinate vendor contracts, renewals and service reviews.
