Job summary

BlackStone eIT in Dubai seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead initiatives from initiation to completion. You will plan, coordinate, and manage resources, schedules, budgets, and risks to achieve business objectives and satisfy stakeholders.

You will define scope, develop detailed plans, monitor progress, address issues, report status, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding quality standards. Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (business, engineering, IT, or similar).
• 3-7+ years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and changes.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through regular communication and status reporting.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Allocate resources effectively and optimize team performance.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions.
• Track project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and lessons learned.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and contractual requirements.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project management processes.
