You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation, monitor KPIs, ensure data privacy, and manage projects from requirements to delivery, including training staff on new tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering customer-centric digital solutions.
• Strong knowledge of CMS and CRM platforms.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (GA, Power BI, Tableau).
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and SEO best practices.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
