Scope Investment in Dubai seeks a Senior IT Service Delivery Specialist to drive operational excellence and end-to-end IT service delivery. You will own the ITSM platform, ITIL governance, asset/licenses management, and vendor and contract oversight.
You will use data, automation and disciplined controls to improve service quality, cost transparency and user experience across the Group.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
- 8-12 years in IT service delivery or ITSM in multi-site environments.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Freshservice).
- Strong ITIL process knowledge; ITIL Foundation required; higher certs preferred.
Responsabilités
- Drive end-to-end IT service delivery aligned with business priorities and SLAs.
- Own ITSM platform governance, configurations, workflows and dashboards.
- Lead ITIL processes: Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Asset management.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and supplier performance; produce management reports.
- Oversee IT asset lifecycle, software licenses and vendor contracts.
- Coordinate platform upgrades, testing, access controls and documentation.
- Provide training and guidance to IT teams and users.
- Support audits and continual service improvement initiatives.
