Job summary

Ecomswap is hiring a polished M&A Advisor for our Dubai on-site team to lead end-to-end DTC/e-commerce acquisition processes. You will manage deals from seller assessment to closing, coordinating with founders, buyers, and internal stakeholders with strong financial judgment and clear, structured communication.

The role requires 3–7 years in M&A or related fields, deep knowledge of digital business models, and excellent client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Advisory, Investment Banking or Private Equity.
• A solid understanding of DTC, e-commerce, SaaS, or digital business models.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical ability - comfortable independently assessing P&Ls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence in senior-level discussions.
• Experience managing multiple client engagements or live deals simultaneously.
• Strong writing ability for Teasers, summaries, and structured deal communication.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of buyer relationships, engaging buyers with clarity, professionalism and timely follow-ups.
• Analyzing financial statements, P&Ls, cash flow, and unit economics of DTC and e-commerce brands.
• Building high-quality, narrative-driven Teaser Decks and investment materials.
• Leading discovery and qualification calls with founders and buyers.
• Managing structured Q&A processes between buyers and sellers.
• Leading LOI drafting, negotiation, and alignment on commercial terms.
• Coordinating due diligence across financial, operational, and marketing workstreams.
• Overseeing APA preparation, escrow coordination, and closing documentation.
• Maintaining deal accuracy and momentum, whilst maintaining high quality.
• Representing Ecomswap with discretion, maturity, and strong commercial awareness.
