Job summary

Ecomswap, a boutique M&A advisory and acquisitions platform, is expanding its on-site UAE team in Business Bay, Dubai. We seek a polished M&A Advisor who understands digital businesses and thrives in a deal-led environment to guide buyers through onboarding, verifications, and active engagement with the platform.

Qualifications

• Commercial mindset with ability to map buyer criteria to opportunities.
• Understanding of the DTC and e-commerce landscape.
• Experience in investor relations, business development, or buyer-facing roles (M&A/PE/VC) is a plus.
• Fluency in English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage buyers in our network and on the platform about live deals that match their criteria.
• Serve as a key point of contact for buyers, matching them to relevant opportunities and handing qualified matches to the Advisory team.
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of each buyer’s acquisition criteria, sector, deal size, and structure preferences.
• Maintain accurate buyer records and activity tracking within our CRM.
• Build relationships with new buyers (PE firms, family offices, strategic acquirers, and independent investors).
• Qualify new buyers through initial conversations and ensure they complete platform verification (NDA and Proof of Funds).
• Support outreach campaigns and marketing efforts to increase buyer sign-ups and expand our network.
• Represent Ecomswap professionally within the buyer community.
