Job summary

Ecomswap is hiring for a full-time, on-site M&A advisory role in Dubai. You will own the end-to-end process, from understanding the seller’s business to closing the transaction, coordinating founders, buyers, and internal teams throughout the deal lifecycle.

The role requires strong financial judgment, structured communication, and the ability to maintain credibility during complex deal processes, with ownership over deal direction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Advisory, Investment Banking or Private Equity.
• Strong financial modeling and ability to analyze P&Ls independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior-level discussions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end buyer/seller processes and manage deals from inception to closing.
• Analyze financial statements, P&Ls, cash flow and unit economics of DTC/e-commerce brands.
• Create teaser decks and investment materials with a narrative focus.
• Lead discovery calls with founders and buyers and coordinate due diligence.
