Job summary

Six Senses The Palm Dubai is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the department, align with the Commercial Director, and drive revenue through strategic market plans and high-value partnerships. You will manage client relationships and ensure service excellence across luxury hospitality offerings.

The role requires coordinating with senior leaders, optimizing budgets, and travelling to key markets for face-to-face engagements to secure new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Fluency in Arabic strongly preferred for the role.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of the Sales department to deliver exceptional products and services while adhering to brand standards and budget.
• Develop cohesive sales strategies with the Commercial Director & Director of Sales to achieve department goals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share in GCC markets.
• Identify high-value opportunities and build relationships with agencies and companies to create new revenue streams.
• Travel to key markets for face-to-face meetings, presentations, and events to grow business for the property.
• Provide regular updates on market trends, performance, and growth opportunities to senior management.
• Ensure budget adherence and cost control to drive profitability while maintaining standards.
• Lead and develop the sales team through direction, encouragement, and performance management.
