Job summary

Six Senses The Palm, Dubai seeks an Assistant Director of Sales (GCC) to lead the department, align with brand standards, and drive revenue in the GCC market. You will collaborate with the Director of Sales to set strategic goals and ensure cross-functional alignment with Revenue Management, Marketing and Operations.

The role requires a proven track record in luxury hospitality, strong English language skills, Arabic fluency, and a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience within the GCC market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years total experience in luxury hospitality with direct supervisory experience over GCC market.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage the sales strategy across GCC market segments.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop and execute long-term commercial strategy.
• Coordinate with Revenue Management, Marketing and Operations to align goals and plans.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports highlighting achievements and challenges.
• Attend industry trade shows and road shows as brand ambassador to enhance market positioning.
• Ensure department operations comply with brand standards and local laws.
