Job summary

Six Senses The Palm, Dubai is seeking an Assistant Director of Sales (GCC) to lead the GCC sales effort and drive revenue in alignment with brand standards. You will work with the Director of Sales to develop cohesive goals and procedures for the department.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business administration, at least 3 years in luxury hospitality with GCC supervision, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business administration.
• Minimum of 3 years total experience in luxury hospitality with direct supervisory experience over the GCC Market Segment.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; Arabic language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales strategy and performance for GCC market segments.
• Collaborate with Director of Sales to set goals and guidelines that align with Six Senses brand standards.
• Produce regular performance reports and adjust tactics to achieve budgeted occupancy, rate and revenue.
• Coordinate with Revenue Management, Marketing and Operations to align goals and strategies.
• Represent the brand at industry events and road shows when required.
