Job summary

Six Senses The Palm in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Director of Sales (GCC) to lead and operate the sales department in line with brand standards and GCC targets. You will work with the Director of Sales to set cohesive goals and ensure brand consistency across the property.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years luxury hospitality experience with GCC supervisory exposure.
• Strong command of English; Arabic fluency required for the role.
• Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales department and align with director's strategy.
• Develop and execute long-term commercial strategy for the hotel.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing and Operations teams.
• Attend trade shows as brand ambassador to boost market position.
• Prepare regular performance reports with metrics and forecasts.
