Job summary

Nationwide Middle East Properties LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks a Leasing Team Manager to lead a team of leasing professionals, drive occupancy, and exceed revenue targets. The role includes recruiting, training, and implementing performance metrics in collaboration with marketing and property management.

You will conduct tours, qualify leads, negotiate leases, prepare agreements, oversee move-ins, and manage tenant relations, renewals, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in property leasing or a related sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting leasing targets and driving revenue.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities; proficient with MS Office and property management software.

Job Description

Leasing Team Management

• Recruit, train, and motivate a team ofleasing professionals to achieve leasing targets and exceed revenue goals.
• Develop and implement performancemetrics for the leasing team.
• Foster a positive and collaborative workenvironment within the leasing team.
• Delegate tasks and provide ongoingcoaching and support to team members.
• Develop and implement comprehensivemarketing strategies to attract potential tenants for residential and/orcommercial properties (depending on the specific role).
• Utilize online platforms (includinglanding pages by community), social media (including dedicated Facebook pagesby area/community/buildings for Nationwide Company's 50 communities in AbuDhabi), print advertising, and other channels to showcase available properties.
• Generate leads through networking,attending industry events, collaborating with real estate agents, and openhouse events.

LeasingProcess Management

• Conduct property tours and effectivelypresent the features and benefits of available units to prospective tenants.
• Qualify leads, screen potential tenants(including credit and background checks), and manage the application process.
• Negotiate lease terms and rental ratesto achieve optimal occupancy rates and revenue for the company.
• Prepare and finalize lease agreements,ensuring compliance with all legal requirements, including PM/FM Contracts.
• Oversee the move-in process, includingcollecting deposits, scheduling inspections, and providing orientation to newtenants.

TenantRelationship Management

• Maintain positive and professionalrelationships with existing tenants.
• Address tenant inquiries and concernspromptly and efficiently.
• Enforce lease terms and handle any leaseviolations.
• Oversee the renewal process for existingleases.

Commercial Team (if applicable)

• Lead and manage a dedicated team focused onsecuring commercial lease deals for retail office and warehouse/industrialproperties.
• Develop and implement targeted marketingstrategies for attracting commercial tenants.

Reporting & Analysis

• Maintain accurate records of all leasingactivities and property performance metrics (e.g.,occupancyrates,rental income).
• Prepare reports for management on leasing performance,markettrends,competitor analysis,and the effectiveness of marketingcampaigns (including landing pages and social media pages).
• Identify opportunities to improve the leasingprocess and maximize revenue generation.

Tenant Education & Community Building

• Develop and implement initiatives to educatetenants on their rights and responsibilities,potentially throughflyers,videos,awareness sessions,or a welcoming messageand automation system using ZOHO.
• Foster a sense of community among tenantswithin Nationwide Company's properties .

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience inproperty leasing or a related sales role.
• Proven track record of success inachieving leasing targets and exceeding revenue goals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal,and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite andproperty management software (a plus).
• Experience in marketing and leadgeneration through online platforms
• Experience working in the Abu Dhabi realestate market (a plus).
