Job summary

Sourcet in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, is seeking an experienced Property and Leasing Manager to oversee our real estate portfolio, including local assets in Abu Dhabi and UK properties. You will drive occupancy, implement leasing strategies, and coordinate property operations and maintenance.

The role requires hands-on use of Abu Dhabi platforms (Tamm, Provis) and Microsoft Dynamics, with responsibility for renewals, tenancy management, financial administration, and liaison with lawyers.

Qualifications

• Experience as Property and Leasing Manager in Abu Dhabi real estate market.
• Hands-on with Abu Dhabi property platforms (Tamm, Provis) and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience managing UK properties is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Formulate and execute annual leasing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Identify market opportunities, update yearly rent based on market analysis.
• Advertise and increase occupancy by collaborating with external property brokerages weekly.
• Negotiate lease agreements with potential tenants.
• Update lease contracts and activate in Microsoft Dynamics; manage renewals in Tamm.
• Provide sales documents through Tamm and Provis; renewals and new tenancies in UK portfolio via RPI.
• Maintain positive tenant relationships and handle receivables and operating expenses.
• Coordinate with Facilities Management for maintenance and oversee security deposit refunds.
• Support finance in forecasting rental revenues and lease documentation; liaise with lawyers as needed.
