Job summary

Wood is seeking a senior procurement lead to manage all procurement activities for Abu Dhabi ADNOC projects. You will develop procurement strategy, prepare schedules, prequalify suppliers, and coordinate with ADNOC, EPCs, and vendors to meet milestones and budgets.

With extensive oil and gas procurement experience, you will drive supplier performance, negotiate terms, and maintain an approved vendor base, ensuring compliance with contracts and ADNOC standards while supporting cost savings and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or related field.
• Extensive experience in oil & gas procurement within large projects.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC procurement systems (SAP, ARIBA preferred).
• Excellent contract negotiation and commercial awareness (FIDIC knowledge preferred).
• Proven ability to lead procurement strategies and supplier prequalification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage procurement for engineering, construction, and project materials/services.
• Review specs/drawings to identify procurement requirements.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies for timely, cost-effective purchasing.
• Prepare RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents; evaluate bids.
• Negotiate terms with vendors and contractors; manage supplier relationships.
