Job summary

Regal Group is seeking an experienced Learning Development Specialist - HR Admin to lead and strengthen LD initiatives across the organization. You will assess training needs, develop structured programs, create training content, and deliver high-impact interventions for Retail, Administration, Finance, and HR teams in the UAE.

Strong facilitation, presentation and stakeholder-management skills are essential to drive organizational learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Training & Development or Retail Management.
• 5–7 years in Training & Development or L&D management.
• Experience in Textile/Garment/Fashion/Retail sectors preferred; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategy implementation: develop and implement LD programs aligned with growth objectives.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis with department heads and senior management.
• Design and develop professional training content, modules and facilitator guides.
• Plan and facilitate classroom and workshop-based training for Retail Admin, Finance and HR teams.
