Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager based in the UAE to drive growth for our GCC learning and development solutions. You will identify new business opportunities, build strategic relationships with corporate clients, and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B consultative sales, a strong network in HR and L&D, and the ability to engage with executive stakeholders across the UAE and KSA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years UAE and/or KSA-based B2B sales experience.
• Proven success in business development and revenue generation within the region.
• Strong existing network of HR and L&D professionals in the UAE/KSA corporate market.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.
• Ability to engage with decision-makers at management and executive levels.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE and KSA markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR Directors, Learning & Development Managers, Talent Development Managers, and senior business stakeholders.
• Conduct client meetings to understand organizational learning and development requirements.
• Present and propose customized training and learning solutions aligned with client needs.
• Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through to contract closure.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.
• Attend networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings to develop business opportunities.
• Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and long-term partnerships.
