Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a senior Learning & Development professional to lead strategy and programs that align with organizational objectives and enhance workforce capability.

You will design, implement, and evaluate L&D initiatives across the organization, support HR strategy and talent management, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and employee engagement, with preference for government entities and Arab candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in L&D, HR Strategy, Talent Management, and Excellence Programs.
• Experience within government entities is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, organizational development, and talent frameworks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Arab candidates only.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement L&D strategies and programs aligned with organizational objectives.
• Support HR strategy, talent management, and employee development initiatives.
• Design and manage excellence and organizational development programs.
• Conduct training needs analysis and support competency development frameworks.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D and talent initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and employee engagement.
