Job summary

Client of Aventus Global Talent is seeking a Vice President - Learning & Development in Dubai to lead the holistic L&D strategy across the group. The role shapes technology-enabled learning, leadership development, and capability-building initiatives while partnering with senior stakeholders to identify needs and measure ROI.

The position requires 10+ years in L&D and a minimum bachelor’s degree, with banking/FS sector experience preferred.

• Proficient in designing L&D programmes from scratch

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a holistic L&D strategy across business groups
• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable impact
• Design technology-enabled learning solutions and content
• Oversee LMS and learning ecosystem across locations
• Lead L&D budget and calendar including regulatory training
• Manage external providers and learning consultants
• Build internal online content capabilities and digital learning
• Establish ROI evaluation and reporting for L&D
• Lead hiring for the L&D team
