Job summary

Al-Futtaim Real Estate is seeking a Head of Learning and Development in Dubai to shape enterprise learning strategy across the real estate portfolio. You will align learning with performance, talent management, succession, and internal mobility while driving AI-enabled learning and professional accreditation.

The role requires 12+ years in learning with at least 5 in senior leadership, a relevant degree, and a strategic, outcome-focused mindset. On-site in Dubai with global scope.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in learning, organisational capability, or talent development.
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Relevant master’s degree or professional certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a multi-year learning and capability roadmap.
• Align divisional learning priorities with wider Al-Futtaim Group objectives.
• Embed continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and individual ownership of development.
• Connect learning investments with measurable capability and business outcomes.
• Use learning technologies, analytics, and responsible AI applications to strengthen development delivery and impact.
• Lead Group and divisional learning programmes covering AI, management capability, leadership development, and soft skills.
• Build practical learning programmes for Asset Development and Asset Management.
• Identify priority real estate capabilities and create structured learning pathways around them.
• Integrate learning with talent reviews, succession planning, internal mobility, and career progression.
