Job summary

ENNISMORE is seeking an Learning & Development Manager to shape and deliver the organization’s learning strategy across departments in the UAE. You will partner with senior leaders to identify development needs, build talent pipelines, and drive engagement while ensuring compliance with regulatory and service standards.

Responsibilities include designing structured learning pathways, facilitating induction and leadership programs, and overseeing Forbes training and luxury service excellence.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or related field with managerial experience.
• Strong expertise in training needs analysis, program design, facilitation and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual L&D strategy and training plans.
• Lead induction, technical, behavioral, leadership and service training delivery.
• Oversee Forbes training and compliance initiatives.
• Partner with managers to support performance development and talent programs.
• Ensure training records and UAE Labour Law compliance.
