Job summary

TOTCI Group is seeking a Sales Executive with experience in IT products or solutions to handle enquiries, prepare quotations, and close sales with corporate and retail customers in Dubai.

The role emphasizes generating new leads, managing CRM/ERP with enquiries and follow-ups, and coordinating with procurement and operations to ensure delivery while achieving monthly and quarterly targets. Fluency in English is required; Hindi/Arabic are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales experience in IT products, computers, networking, CCTV, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Basic understanding of IT hardware, networking, and software.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with outbound calls and client visits.
• CRM/ERP experience is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; Hindi/Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls, visits, and online platforms.
• Handle customer enquiries and recommend suitable IT products/solutions.
• Prepare quotations and follow up until deal closure.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Update CRM/ERP with enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with procurement, technical, and operations teams for delivery.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
