TOTCI Computers is seeking a detail‑oriented Procurement Executive to manage purchasing, supplier coordination, price negotiation, and stock availability for IT products and related items.

You will source IT products from local and international suppliers, request quotations, compare prices, and negotiate best rates while coordinating with sales and inventory teams to ensure timely stock. Strong English, attention to detail, and ERP/CRM experience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of procurement or purchasing experience in IT/electronics.
• Strong knowledge of IT products, computers, networking items.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and vendor-management skills.
• Experience with ERP/CRM or procurement software.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English; Hindi or Arabic is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Source and purchase IT products and components from local and international suppliers.
• Request quotations, compare prices and negotiate rates and terms.
• Coordinate with sales, inventory and operations to ensure stock availability.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records in ERP/CRM.
• Track shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies.
• Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
• Monitor market prices and product trends.
• Ensure purchases follow budgets and company policies.
