Job summary

IFZA Dubai seeks a Technical Project Manager reporting to the Head of IT & Digital to lead IT operations, infrastructure projects, and IT strategy. You will work with IT professionals, manage vendors, and align technology with business and client needs.

You will design and deploy networks and cloud platforms, ensure security and regulatory compliance, oversee budgets, and mentor staff, driving digital transformation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Certifications (CIO, ITIL, PMP, CISSP, Cloud) are a plus.
• 8+ years in technical operations, infrastructure management, or IT leadership.
• Strong expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, ERP/CRM systems, and data analytics.
• Proven experience leading large IT projects and digital transformation.
• Ability to translate business needs into IT strategy with ROI focus.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for design, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
• Ensure availability, scalability, and security of technical systems.
• Manage vendor relationships and IT service delivery.
• Oversee IT operations budget, expenditures, and cost optimization.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and security standards in data privacy and disaster recovery.
• Lead IT project management, including system implementations and upgrades.
• Advise senior management on IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to IT staff.
