Overview

At ZipTrust, we’re reshaping how trust, authenticity, and ownership are proven in education. Our patented technology allows universities to provide auditable and secure, unforgeable digital diplomas to their students and graduates. We’re already working with universities in UAE and programs to bring digital trust infrastructure to the education market. We’re seeking a Strategic Investment Partner to help accelerate growth and scale our education solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Invest in ZipTrust’s Seed Round and align with our mission to bring trust to education.
• Open doors to capital by leveraging your network of investors, VCs, and EdTech-focused funds.
• Advise on fundraising strategy and help craft compelling stories for education stakeholders.
• Support expansion into universities, schools, and research institutions by connecting us with partners who value academic integrity and data protection.

What We’re Looking For

• Background in venture investing, fundraising, or EdTech business development.
• Strong network of education-focused investors, institutions, or strategic partners.
• Passion for digital trust, academic integrity, and innovation in education.
• Ability to contribute both capital and strategic guidance.
• Be part of a mission-driven, minority-owned startup at the intersection of education and digital trust.
• Work with institutions protecting students, researchers, and intellectual property.
