Würth Professional Solutions in Dubai is seeking a motivated internal sales support professional to assist the Sales team and coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Suppliers. You will handle order status, backorders, ETA, pricing, and data using SAP, Excel, and Oracle.

The role requires strong Excel skills and hands-on SAP experience, plus proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and negotiate effectively with suppliers to ensure timely product

Qualifications

• Experience in Internal Sales, Sales Support or Supply Chain roles.
• Strong organizational, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with SAP, Excel and ERP data management.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day internal sales activities and customer requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of products.
• Handle and coordinate air and sea freight shipments, including shipment follow-up and documentation.
• Maintain accurate data using Microsoft Excel, SAP, and Oracle systems.
• Knowledge of fasteners, bolts, and related consumables is advantageous.
• Coordinate orders, deliveries, inventory, and supply chain requirements.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while meeting deadlines.
