Würth Professional Solutions in Dubai is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Sales & Supply Chain Support to assist SAP-driven order processing, pricing, ETA, and data accuracy, while collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Suppliers. You will handle daily internal sales activities, coordinate with suppliers for timely availability, manage shipments, and maintain accurate data in SAP, Excel and Oracle.

Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, sales support, or related supply chain roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day internal sales activities and customer requests.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely product availability.
• Coordinate air and sea freight shipments and documentation.
• Maintain data in SAP, Excel and Oracle systems.
• Apply knowledge of fasteners and related products to support customers.
• Coordinate orders, deliveries, inventory, and supply chain requirements.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while ensuring accuracy.
• Demonstrate strong communication, coordination, follow-up and problem-solving.
