Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• SAP experience is mandatory.
• Experience in Internal Sales, Sales Support, Supply Chain, Procurement, or similar roles.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fasteners, MRO, industrial products, or technical trading experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day internal sales activities and customer requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure timely availability of products.
• Handle and coordinate air and sea freight shipments, including shipment follow-up and documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data using Microsoft Excel, SAP, and Oracle systems.
• Knowledge of fasteners, bolts, and related consumable products and processes.
• Coordinate orders, deliveries, inventory, and supply chain requirements.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
