Job summary

CreedRoomz in Dubai is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth across iGaming markets worldwide. You will identify new clients, tailor solutions to their needs, and drive revenue across betting platforms while aligning with product, marketing, tech and legal teams.

The role requires strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and an established industry network. You will travel to conferences and events to expand CreedRoomz's global presence and deliver concise commercial

Qualifications

At least 3 years in business development, sales or account management, preferably iGaming.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Proven ability to develop partnerships, manage key accounts and negotiate deals.
Experience with CRM systems and project management apps.
Willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute growth plans to reach revenue and sales targets.
Identify new markets, target clients, and strategic opportunities.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders and clients.
Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing deals.
Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Tech and Legal on lifecycles and strategies.
Track industry trends and compliance with gaming regulations.
Represent CreedRoomz at global expos and events to generate leads.
Provide concise commercial reports and recommendations to senior management.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
