Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) is essential.
• Proven track record in customer success or account management in a SaaS environment.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and driving adoption and retention.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure smooth onboarding and expansion.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders up to C-level executives.
• Provide expert advisory on identity and access governance solutions.
