Job summary

Veeam Software seeks a Lead Customer Success Engineer to drive long-term customer outcomes across Securiti Data Command Center. You will own onboarding, adoption, and optimization, proactively manage churn risk, and identify upsell opportunities while applying expertise in DSPM, Privacy, Data Security, and AI Governance to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

12+ years in customer-facing technical roles focused on data security, privacy, governance, cloud security, or enterprise software.
Strong experience with DSPM, data security posture management, and AI governance platforms.

Responsibilities

Onboard customers and guide onboarding and adoption across DSPM, Privacy, Data Security, and AI Governance.
Identify expansion opportunities and align product adoption with business outcomes.
Perform technical health checks and quarterly value/adoption reviews.
Monitor churn risk and define mitigation plans with renewal insights.
Engage CISO/CIO and other leaders with clear risk, status, and roadmap updates.
Own the technical success plan and adoption roadmap in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success.
