Job summary

Zooclinica is seeking a dynamic Senior HR Executive in Dubai to drive employee engagement initiatives and organize company-wide events. The role combines HR operations, generalist duties, and HR business partnering to support department leaders and enhance the employee experience.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in HR and 5–7 years of UAE HR experience, with strong knowledge of UAE employment regulations and a passion for people-centric initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR is mandatory.
• Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience in the UAE.
• Proven experience in Employee Engagement, HR Operations, and HR Generalist functions.
• Exposure to HRBP activities and business partnering with department leaders.
• Strong knowledge of UAE employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement employee engagement strategies and initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate monthly employee celebrations and recognition programs.
• Organize annual company events, employee gatherings, and engagement activities.
• Drive employee wellness, morale, and workplace culture initiatives.
• Support performance management and talent development activities.
• Partner with department managers to address employee concerns and improve engagement.
• Assist in HR policy implementation and employee communications.
• Support onboarding, employee relations, and HR operational activities.
• Analyze employee feedback and recommend engagement improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to organizational culture, retention, and employee experience programs.
• Strong experience in Employee Engagement & Employee Relations.
• Plan and execute monthly and annual employee events & celebrations.
• Experience in HR Generalist functions across the employee lifecycle.
• Exposure to HR Business Partnering and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in employee wellness, recognition, and retention initiatives.
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR policies.
• Strong organizational and event coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and engagement programs simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and relationship-building skills
