Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 6+ years of recruitment experience in in-house TA or agency.
• Proven track record hiring for technical, business, leadership or specialist roles.
• Experience in fintech, digital platforms, financial services, crypto preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive hiring skills.
• Proven ability to source, map talent, and provide market intelligence.
• Ability to manage multiple searches across global teams and time zones.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Talent Acquisition partner for designated business units.
• Drive workforce planning, talent strategy, and executive hiring.
• Build talent pipelines and proactive sourcing strategies globally.
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience and data-driven hiring decisions.
• Provide insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and market movements.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across technical and leadership roles.
• Drive continuous improvement in hiring processes and stakeholder experience.
