Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 6+ years of recruitment experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record of hiring for technical, business, leadership, or specialist roles.
• Experience in technology, fintech, digital platforms, financial services, or cryptocurrency industries is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive hiring.
• Sourcing, talent mapping, market intelligence, and executive hiring.
• Able to manage multiple searches across global time zones.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across technical, business, leadership, and specialist functions.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent globally.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
