You will align human capital strategies with the group’s mission and values, lead HR functions, support strategy implementation, and drive talent acquisition, engagement, development and retention.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of HR Generalist experience with expertise in Employee and Industrial Relations.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner and leading HR teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication/interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as trusted HR leader and advisor to Executive Management for Corporate Services stakeholders.
• Lead HR functions, support HR strategies, and drive talent acquisition to attract talent.
• Drive employee engagement, development and retention initiatives.
• Shape people strategy, organisation design, operating model and effectiveness initiatives.
• Provide guidance on governance, reward and people costs with policy alignment.
• Embed Emiratisation and national talent strategies into workforce planning.
• Partner with senior leaders to anticipate people risks and influence decisions.
