Job summary

Al-Futtaim, Dubai-based, seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to advise senior line management on human capital strategies and ensure alignment with group policy. The role spans organizational development, workforce optimization, and employee relations, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.

Strong leadership, analytics and change management are essential. The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR/ psychology/ business, with 5 years HR generalist experience and prior HRBP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology or Business Management.
• CIPD qualification is desirable.
• Five years of HR Generalist experience with prior HR Business Partner experience.
• Experience in Automotive industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategy and annual HR plan with business stakeholders.
• Lead organizational development, learning and development, and succession planning.
• Advise line managers on employee relations, compliance, and performance issues.
• Coach senior leaders to drive engagement and workforce optimization.
• Provide financial reporting on employee costs and manpower budgeting.
