Job summary

Al-Futtaim Group in Dubai is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to advise senior management, shape HR strategy, and lead organizational development.

You will oversee employee relations, performance, succession, learning, localization goals, and cost reporting, driving engagement and change.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or Business Management and 5+ years as an HR Generalist/HRBP; automotive experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or Business Management.
• Five years of HR Generalist experience with past HR Business Partner exposure.
• Experience in the Automotive industry is preferred.
