Al-Futtaim is seeking a Senior HRBP to act as a trusted HR leader and advisor to the Executive Management team for Group Finance, Legal, Audit, Procurement and Communications within Corporate Services, ensuring alignment of human capital with our mission and values.

The role leads all HR functions within the remit, supports HR strategy implementation, and drives talent acquisition, engagement, development and retention across affiliated stakeholders and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Psychology, or Business Management with HR exposure.
• MBA or CIPD qualification is preferred.
• 12+ years HR Generalist experience with Employee/Industrial Relations.
• Proven HR Business Partner leadership and team management.

Responsabilités

• Shape and drive the people strategy; lead organisation design and transformation.
• Lead workforce planning, staffing and capability development initiatives.
• Own talent reviews, succession planning and leadership development.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders on people risk and policy.
• Counsel on complex employee matters, culture, and engagement.
• Embed Emiratisation and national talent strategies in planning.
• Oversee HR governance, reward and cost management proposals.
