Job summary

HR Codes in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior leader to drive the strategy and execution of HR technology and operations. You will helm the selection, integration, and optimization of core HR systems including HRIS, payroll, and performance management, while shaping the budget and ROI analysis for vendor partnerships.

You will lead a transformation of HR processes, champion automation opportunities, and ensure alignment with business objectives and workforce planning needs in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in HR leadership, with at least 5 years focused on HR technology and operations.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing large-scale HRIS and other HR technology solutions.
• Deep understanding of HR best practices, talent management, compensation, and organizational design principles.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the strategic roadmap and implementation of HR technology solutions aligned with business objectives and future workforce needs.
• Oversee the selection, integration, and optimization of HRIS, payroll, performance management, and other critical people systems.
• Develop and manage the HR technology budget, including vendor negotiations, contract management, and ROI analysis.
• Drive the digital transformation of HR processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
