Job summary

Dubai Legal Affairs Department in Dubai seeks an Assistant Human Resources Department Manager to support planning and overseeing the implementation of all HR operations, ensuring alignment with the Authority’s approved regulations, decisions, policies, and best practices in human capital management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional HR experience, including supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to operational plans and strategic initiatives for the HR Department.
• Develop, review, and update HR processes to align with best practices and ensure efficiency.
• Support talent attraction, recruitment, promotions, transfers and termination procedures.
• Oversee performance management framework and reporting to improve outcomes.
• Contribute to succession planning and talent management initiatives.
• Support Emiratization programs and monitor targets per Dubai directives.
• Assist HR digital transformation projects and implementation of smart systems.
• Analyze employee happiness and engagement metrics and coordinate improvement actions.
