Job summary

The role involves sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining employee records, and assisting with HR processes to support the company's workforce requirements.

Qualifications

• Understanding of recruitment processes and HR administration.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Ability to screen candidates and manage multiple vacancies.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and selection.
• Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with department managers.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates and follow up throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
• Prepare employment documents, offer letters, and other HR-related paperwork.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
• Assist with attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
• Prepare recruitment updates and HR-related reports for management.
• Monitor vacancies, candidate pipelines, and recruitment progress.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements.
