Job summary

Ajax Systems, a leading security manufacturer, is seeking an HR Manager/Generalist to support UAE operations in Dubai. You will oversee onboarding, HR processes, compliance, and expat relocation support, while collaborating with regional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Required: 3+ years in HR, UAE labour regulations knowledge, visa experience, English (B2+), Ukrainian (B2+). This role offers growth opportunities within a global tech company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR Manager or HR Generalist roles.
• Knowledge of UAE labour regulations; knowledge of broader MENA regulations is a plus.
• Experience handling visas and immigration policies and employment types.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of HR services from joining to contract expiry.
• Manage onboarding and induction of all new hires.
• Provide operational leadership in HR systems and processes.
• Support HR records, compliance and administrative duties.
