Job summary

Ajax Systems is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our Dubai team. You will handle end-to-end HR services from onboarding to contract expiry, manage expat employment, and support regional HR processes in a fast-paced security technology company.

The role requires 3+ years in HR Generalist/Manager, knowledge of UAE labor regulations, visa procedures, and strong communication in English and Ukrainian. Join a dynamic, results-driven environment with a zero-bullshit culture.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of UAE labor regulations; broader MENA regs a plus.
• Experience with visas and immigration policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a range of HR services to employees from joining to the expiry of the contract and assist in all matters relating to employment matters
• Manages onboarding and induction of all new hires
• Provide operational leadership and hands-on contributions in core existing HR systems and processes
• Perform various administrative duties to support HR records and administration requirements in line with compliance and record-keeping requirements
• Manage expats full-cycle employment process, occasional relocation support
• Perform hands-on contributions to the improvement of HR processes and policies:workforce administration, compensation review, benefits, performance and talent management, training
• Support of other regional teams on occasional basis

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in HR Manager / HR Generalist capacity
• Knowledge of UAE labor regulations, knowledge of broader MENA regulations would be a plus
• Experience of working with visas and immigration policies, understanding of different types of employment and following procedures
• Experience of working with external vendors
• Results-focused mindset, with the ability to work in dynamic environments
• English level: B2+
• Ukrainian level: B2+
