BB Energy in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to collaborate with senior leaders on workforce planning, capability development and organizational design. You will guide recruitment, learning and development, and employee relations across multi-region teams within a fast-growing energy trading group.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years HR experience (3+ in BP/HR Manager roles), a degree in HR, and a CIPD Level 7; energy trading experience is a plus.

Formación

• 7-10 years progressive HR experience including 3 years + at HR business partner or HR manager level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (MBA or Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven track record of managing multi-region or company-wide populations.
• Direct experience coaching managers/leaders and mentoring/coaching junior HR teams.
• CIPD (or equivalent) Accredited to Level 7 Advanced Diploma.
• Ideally has experience in an energy trading environment.

Responsabilidades

• Workforce Planning: forecast talent needs with senior leaders based on long-term business goals and department growth targets.
• Recruitment: act as the first line in the recruitment process, advise on leadership hiring strategies and onboarding orientation for senior team members.
• Learning and Development: build targeted professional development, coaching and leadership training programmes; advise on career paths and performance calibration.
• Employee Relations: coach line managers on conflicts, performance management and policies.
• Talent Management / Succession Planning: use data-driven tools to identify high-potential employees and create development plans.
• Leadership Development: evaluate current leadership capabilities and ROI for programmes; support leader development.
• Change Management: equip leaders to communicate strategy and redesign teams as needed.
• Performance Management: train managers to conduct effective feedback sessions and calibrate performance.
• Team Leadership and Coaching: provide leadership to direct reports and set performance expectations.
