Key Responsibilities

• Provide HR generalist support to fulfillment center leaders, operations teams, and a large associate population working across multiple shifts.
• Partner with site leadership to deliver HR initiatives that improve employee experience, operational performance, engagement, and workforce stability.
• Identify systemic patterns in people issues, address root causes, and recommend practical actions that improve site effectiveness.
• Support fair and consistent application of HR policies while maintaining alignment with policy intent, internal standards, and evolving regulations.
• Use HR data, workforce metrics, and analytics to identify trends, predict challenges, and develop proactive people solutions.
• Convert insights from data, employee feedback, and site observations into initiatives that improve engagement, retention, productivity, and business performance.
• Execute employee engagement strategies, listening mechanisms, recognition programs, and associate experience activities across the site.
• Maintain regular floor presence to understand workforce sentiment, identify early signs of disengagement, and support leaders with timely interventions.
