Job summary

Sundus Management Consultancy & Studies Bureaual LLC seeks an experienced HR Operations professional to develop and implement HR policies, streamline processes, and manage HRIS systems in alignment with business goals in the UAE. The role also oversees benefits programs and data analytics to support decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 5+ years in HR operations, with desirable SHRM/PHR certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years in HR operations, process improvement, or HRIS management.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or HRCI PHR/SPHR certification desirable.
• Experience with HRIS implementation, administration, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business objectives and legal compliance.
• Streamline HR operational processes through analysis and automation to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure data integrity, optimize functionality, and support reporting needs.
• Oversee administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
