The successful candidate will oversee HR operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a strong workplace culture aligned with business objectives. A mid-level to senior management background and strategic people leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR policies.
• Hands-on recruitment, employee relations and performance management.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures.
• Oversee recruitment from planning to onboarding.
• Manage employee relations, conflicts, and grievances.
• Lead performance management processes and development plans.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and incentives.
• Ensure legal compliance and HR governance.
• Drive employee engagement, culture and experience initiatives.
• Develop training programs and support workforce development.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to management.
