Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• At least 5 years HR experience focusing on talent acquisition and employee development in a corporate environment.
• Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent.
• Experience in employee relations and navigating complex interpersonal dynamics with diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals, ensuring organizational growth and employee engagement.
• Manage recruitment end-to-end from crafting compelling job descriptions to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
• Oversee employee performance management systems facilitating constructive feedback and development plans for continuous improvement.
• Design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and foster a culture of learning within the organization.
