SH Lancer is seeking an experienced General Manager in Abu Dhabi to oversee overall business operations, drive growth, and lead multiple teams toward company objectives. The role emphasizes strategy, financial performance, and a strong customer- and employee-focused culture.

The General Manager will set KPIs, manage budgets, and identify new opportunities while ensuring regulatory compliance and high standards of integrity and leadership across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in General Management or similar senior leadership role.
• Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, strategic planning, and organizational development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive business performance.
• Strong commercial awareness with excellent business and financial acumen.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving business growth and performance targets.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, accountability, and confidentiality.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related fields.
• Master’s degree, MBA, or relevant qualifications are an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute business strategies, plans, and initiatives aligned with the company’s vision and objectives.
• Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and effective organizational performance.
• Lead and manage department heads and teams to achieve business goals and performance targets.
• Set KPIs, monitor performance, and implement strategies to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, cost control, and overall business profitability.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and areas for business expansion and growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, legal requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Drive process improvement, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Oversee workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Foster a positive, high-performance, and collaborative company culture.
• Analyze business and operational data to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular business performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior management or the board.
• Lead change management initiatives and ensure effective implementation of new strategies, systems, and processes.
• Represent the company in key meetings, industry events, negotiations, and external business engagements.
